Thank you for your interest in The Shoals Retreats Campground! Please review our long-term rental process below before submitting your application.

Campsites are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, and when all sites are occupied, applicants will be added to our waitlist in the order their applications are received. There is no fee to apply or join our waitlist.

Long-term RV sites are $500 per month and include 30-amp and 50-amp hookups, water, sewer, trash service, high-speed fiber internet, and up to 400 kWh of electricity per month. Electricity usage over 400 kWh is billed separately based on actual usage, plus a $25 monthly administrative fee.

When a site becomes available, we will contact the next applicant on our waitlist to begin the approval process. All adult long-term guests are required to sign our liability waiver and complete a background check before move-in. The background check fee is $50 for the primary applicant and $25 for each additional adult guest and is only collected once a site is available and you are ready to move forward. Please allow a few days for processing.

Once approved, a $100 deposit is due on move-in day, along with your first month's rent. Once your move-in date is confirmed, we'll email you our welcome guide with everything you need to know about the property and your stay.
